Hadley specialises in strategic communications for business and government in emerging markets.
As Managing Director with a global B2B firm, Hadley advises executives on reputation management and the strategic role that technology can play in strengthening audience engagement. He was previously a director for Cheil Worldwide, Publicis and DDB.
His international experience in communication strategy and technology for global enterprises and government agencies spans multiple disciplines including social listening; network and sentiment analysis; segmentation; and programmatic targeting.
Hadley’s PhD research focusses on human-machine communication, political communications and behavioural intention to understand social impact of artificial intelligence and communications. He holds an MSc in International Management from Heriot-Watt University, is a published commentator on AI in politics, and was elected a Fellow of The Royal Society of the Arts in 2013.
As a member of the APPG AI Taskforce, Hadley applies international best practice and industry knowledge to strengthen enterprise adoption of AI in the UK.
